Translator - when you need more control

Translator section provides the classical online translator widget but powered with the AI language model. Agents can input the text they would like to be translated and once they stop typing, the process takes place automatically.

One of the functions implemented in our translator is the Analyze Current Chat option, thanks to which you can use the translator even if the translator is disabled in the settings!.

With this option you can copy the translated message directly to the send message box. This allows you to send a translated message without the text Translated Text Show Original which is visible when you send the original message and our translator translates the original message under the hood.

Now you can use the translator without worrying that your client will see unnecessary text stating that the message has been translated!

The next option is Translate Entire Chat, which allows you to check the transcript of all messages in an open chat in your selected target language, without having to switch between tabs!

You can set the translation language manually by selecting one of the options from the drop-down menus. The source language can also be set to Auto-detect to automatically recognize the input language and translate it. By pressing the Swap button you can quickly swap languages from source to target and vice versa. You also have the option of quick clearing by using the Clear button.
